1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the $60 Servicing Promotion (“the Promotion”) offered by Dickson Insurance Broker Pte Ltd (“the Company”).
1.2 By participating in the Promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility and Redemption
2.1 The Promotion is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of renewal of the customer’s motor insurance policy with the Company.
2.2 The Promotion is strictly limited to one (1) redemption per insured vehicle and is non-transferable.
2.3 The vehicle booked and presented for servicing must be the same vehicle covered under the renewed motor insurance policy with the Company.
2.4 The Promotion is applicable only to the registered owner of the insured vehicle and cannot be transferred.
3. Scope of Services
3.1 The servicing under the Promotion includes an engine oil top-up capped at a maximum of four (4) litres.
3.2 Any additional engine oil required beyond the four-litre cap shall be chargeable to the customer at the prevailing rates set by the servicing provider.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
4.1 The DACCxDIB60 Promotioncannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounted rates, or vouchers.
4.2 The Promotion does not cover additional servicing or repairs beyond the specified scope.
5. Amendment and Termination
5.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
5.2 The Company shall have the absolute discretion to disqualify any customer who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
6. Consent to Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data
6.1 By participating in the Promotion, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
6.2 I consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of my personal data by the Company for the following purposes:
To receive survey forms, information on events, programmes, and promotions.
To receive marketing messages, including updates on new products and services, via text message, telephone call, email, and post from Dickson Group of Companies.
6.3 I acknowledge that my consent is given voluntarily and may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected].
6.4 I am aware of my right to access, correct, or update my personal data and confirm that all information provided by me is true, complete, and accurate.
“Salotto”, meaning reception room in Italian, is the newest addition to our building. Opened in March 2022, this space was created to provide a comfortable area for customers to relax in. With air-conditioning, complimentary drinks and wi-fi provided, customers can sit back and enjoy themselves while waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.
PHV RESTING AREA
Located on the 2nd floor of our building, our PHV Resting Area is a cozy spot with complimentary drinks and wi-fi for PHV drivers to rest and relax in. For drivers who are feeling a little peckish after driving around for hours, our resting area has a separate pantry area for drivers to have their lunch or tea time. Vending machines are also available at the resting area!
CORPORATE OFFICE
Take the lift up to the fourth floor and you will find our corporate office. Waiting for an appointment? Take a seat at our comfortable reception area where complimentary Wi-Fi is provided as well!
SERVICE CENTRE
Not sure where to go or what to do while your car is being serviced? Have a little break at our cosy and air-conditioned waiting area! Complimentary beverages and Wi-Fi are also available, so you can surf the web while waiting.
