    I am writing on behalf of our experience of servicing a Honda Vezel on the 4th of March, Thursday at your care centre.

    We are really impressed with the quality of service provided from your Sales Team, Ricky and Service advisor Shah.

    Ricky was very professional and patient and provided good after sales services. He is always kind and friendly to answer our enquiries even after we bought the car from your dealership after a year. His extra effort of connecting with customers occasionally even after the purchase is clearly a complimentable one!

    Shah was knowledgeable and understanding of customer concerns during the servicing process. He ensures that the servicing process is not confusing! Everything was done smoothly and he also took extra effort in providing recommendations for which parts to replace in the future.

    Both Ricky and Shah were very helpful during the whole process and we are really thankful for the help and service your team has provided us. Thank you so much!

    I am very impressed with the quick service given to my car by Dickson Auto Car Care Centre 29, Ubi Road 4, Dickson Auto Centre, 408619.

    My car heated up and stalled in Toa Payoh and the towing service was super quick as upon my calling up they turned up within 15 minutes.

    They did a quick check and could diagnose and analyse that the engine actually burnt due to the radiator leaked and overheating and had to do an overhaul for the engine.

    It just took them less than 3 days working overtime to complete the whole job that included changing the radiator, air-con parts, thermostat part of the list of 30 items against an estimated delivery time of 1 week to complete.

    I am most impressed with the good friendly and courteous staff and attentive service given to me during the whole time and will definitely do all my servicing here.

    I will recommend all my friends to do their service here as they even offer free Sanitization car servicing, replacement of fully synthetic engine oil, oil filter, washing for just SGD 88 for this period of time.

    Their waiting room is very modern with good air conditioning plus unlimited free beverages.

    I have been servicing my vehicle at Dickson Auto Care Centre (DACC) Pte Ltd since June 2021.

    Ever since the first time that I visited DACC, I was attended to by Kelven. My experience with DACC has been nothing but pleasent. I have visited other servicing centres but nothing beats DACC.

    Kelven is prompt and helpful whenever I contacted him. He is also an easy person to communicate with and explained the problems to my vehicle in detail. Even when I contacted him on ad hoc basis due to a fault in my vehicle, Kelven had promptly answered the call and provided advise. He had then immediately activated the towing to my side after I deem it unsafe to continue my journey.

    The servicing personnel behind the scenes were also quick and prompt at each servicing. The servicing was quick unlike some other servicing centres that I have been to. Apart from servicing, they would also wash and clean the interior of the vehicle.

    All these efforts and service from DACC goes a long way. It had definitely made me comfortable to service my car at your kind office.

    Dear Dickson Auto Care Centre SG,

    I would like to give my strong commendation to the great service that Dickson Auto Care Centre SG has provided me, especially to Mr. Kelven Ma.

    I am a first-time car owner who does not know much about cars, and have had a few unpleasant experiences with my car.

    I have been constantly contacting Mr. Kelven to seek advice and brought my car to the workshop several times to have it fix. With the outstanding experience and knowledge from Mr. Kelven and the workshop team, fortunately, my car was fixed beyond my expectation.

    Recently my car’s side skirt was stolen leading to police case and causing strange noises to appear while driving. I was stressed and clueless with the unfortunate event that I am currently experiencing causing a hole to my pocket but Mr. Kelven has assisted me and even went the extra mile to search for the spare parts for my car and tried his best to quote a reasonable price.

    I am so thankful and glad to have met Mr. Kelven who has many years of experiences and is very patient and attentive to his customers.

    I have contacted several workshops outside who is more interested in squeezing money from their customers but with Dickson Auto, I never felt that way. I feel that my car was well taken care of and the employees here are sincere in ensuring that my car is fixed.

    Mr. Kelven is an asset to the company and he deserve a high commendation for all the services that he has provided to his customers. Keep up the good work and I truly appreciate your kind help!

    Salotto Centre

    “Salotto”, meaning reception room in Italian, is the newest addition to our building. Opened in March 2022, this space was created to provide a comfortable area for customers to relax in. With air-conditioning, complimentary drinks and wi-fi provided, customers can sit back and enjoy themselves while waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.


    Located on the 2nd floor of our building, our PHV Resting Area is a cozy spot with complimentary drinks and wi-fi for PHV drivers to rest and relax in. For drivers who are feeling a little peckish after driving around for hours, our resting area has a separate pantry area for drivers to have their lunch or tea time. Vending machines are also available at the resting area!


    Take the lift up to the fourth floor and you will find our corporate office. Waiting for an appointment? Take a seat at our comfortable reception area where complimentary Wi-Fi is provided as well!


    Not sure where to go or what to do while your car is being serviced? Have a little break at our cosy and air-conditioned waiting area! Complimentary beverages and Wi-Fi are also available, so you can surf the web while waiting.
