Bill Connell (Group Director)
Bill majored in mechanical engineering and has more than 35 years of automotive and motor insurance experience in Europe and Asia.
Bill relocated to Asia in 1997 and worked in various automotive franchise dealers before taking on a regional aftersales role with Renault Asia Pacific overseeing the aftersales operations of ASEAN and Middle East countries. Prior to joining the Dickson Group, he was responsible for underwriting, pricing, strategy and sales in NTUC Income motor insurance, Singapore’s leading motor insurer.
Poon Heng Cheong (Deputy General Manager, Aftersales)
Poon has extensive workshop management experience, including managing large operations at Hitachi Capital and Jun Taiyo Service Centre. Poon is a Japanese vehicle management specialist, having studied and graduated from the Automobile Engineering College in Japan.
Kelven Ma (Customer Service Advisor)
Kelven is our Customer Service Advisor. He has close to 10 years of experience working at various vehicle dealerships such as Cycle & Carriage (Mercedes-Benz certified), Kah Motors and Regent Motors. Kelven was awarded the “Best Technician” and “Best Performing Customer Service Advisor” during his tenure with Kah Motors and Regent Motors respectively.
Ken Tan (Technical Executive)
Ken has more than twenty years of experience working at various continental vehicle dealerships such as Audi and Volkswagen. Ken is a fully trained diagnostic technician, certified by Audi and was previously a senior automotive foreman prior to joining the Dickson Group.
Loh Wei Leong (Technician)
Wei Leong is our technician. He has accumulated over 8 years of experience working at several dealerships as a senior technician. Wei Leong is Automotive Light Vehicle diploma certified and later on, Automotive Light Vehicle certified by Institute of Technical Education.
Tang Choon Hao (Technician)
Choon Hao is our technician. He has accumulated over sixteen years of experience working at several dealerships as both a service advisor and technician. He is skilful in vehicle maintenance, repair, tyres, etc.
Tan Choon Sian (Technician)
Choon Sian is our technician. He has accumulated around 5 years of experience working at various dealerships. Choon Sian is a hybrid trained technician certified by Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI).
Mahirah Muliani (Administration Officer)
Mahirah is one of two young customer service officers at Dickson Auto Care Centre. She brings with her more than 10 years’ worth of experience in the customer service domain in the Tourism industry. Mahirah obtained a Higher NITEC in Hospitality Operations and diploma in Business Administration (Marketing Management).
Chantelle Tung (Customer Service Officer)
Chantelle is one of two young customer service officers at Dickson Auto Care Centre. She brings with her more than 6 years’ worth of experience in the customer service domain for various industries. Chantelle worked with Komocco for around a year before joining us.
