I have been servicing my vehicle at Dickson Auto Care Centre (DACC) since June 2021. Ever since my first visit, I was attended to by Kelven, and my experience has been nothing but pleasant — nothing beats DACC. Kelven is prompt and helpful, easy to communicate with, and explains issues in detail. When my vehicle had a fault, he promptly answered and activated towing to my location. The servicing was quick, and they even washed and cleaned the interior. All these efforts go a long way. Keep up the good work — till we meet again at my next servicing!

I am very impressed with the quick service given to my car by Dickson Auto Care Centre. My car heated up and stalled in Toa Payoh, and the towing service turned up within 15 minutes. They quickly diagnosed that the engine had burnt due to a leaked radiator and overheating, requiring an overhaul. It took them less than 3 days, working overtime, to complete the whole job against an estimated 1 week. I am most impressed with the friendly, courteous staff and attentive service, and will definitely do all my servicing here.
